Filipa Morais Alçada joined the firm in 2001. She is a member of the banking and finance team.
Filipa has experience in project finance, representing both lenders and sponsors in energy production projects (windfarms, hydros and photovoltaics), infrastructure concessions (motorways, stadiums and transports), water and sewage concessions and hazardous waste recovery plants. Recent practice has focused on debt restructuring, structured finance and private equity transactions.
