Miguel Arnaud de Oliveira joined Morais Leitão in 2024. He is a member of the firm’s administrative and public law team.
Previously, Miguel was Advisor of the Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the XXIII Constitutional Government (2022 - 2024) and of the Minister for the Modernisation of the State and Public Administration (2020-2022), was a consultant at the law firm Sérvulo & Associados (2020) and a Senior Legal Technician in the Behavioural Supervision Department of the Bank of Portugal (2018-2020), where was a trainee (2018).
He is guest lecturer at the University of Lisbon School of Law in Public Law and Administrative Law, and also teaches at the University of Lisbon School of Human Motricity, in the area of Sports Law.
