Ana Filipa Gil joined Morais Leitão in june 2021. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team. She previously worked at Sérvulo & Associados.
Her practice is mainly focused on assisting both national and international clients in secretarial services, incorporation of companies, commercial registry, and notary matters.
She is particularly active in matters pertaining to company's incorporation, transformation, mergers and dissolutions, approval of annual reports, appointment of governing bodies, amendments of Articles of Incorporation, including capital increases or decreases as well as in corporate transactions that include the division, assignment and union of “quotas”.

Law Studies Degree ("Solicitadoria", ESTG Leiria, 2008). Post-Graduation Degree in Law and Business (ESTG Leiria, 2011). Master’s Degree in Registry and Notary Business Law (ESTG Leiria, 2013). Attending Law Degree (Faculty of Law, Nova University of Lisbon).
