Carlos Brito Marques joined Morais Leitão in September 2008.
Previously he worked as a legal executive with his own office in the Sintra Judicial District (1989-2008), where he developed his activity in the area of Registries and Notaries with a focus on Real Estate and Corporate and Succession (Judicial and Extrajudicial Partitions).
He also has experience in acts related to land registration, commercial registration, car registration, notarised private documents, powers of attorney and property taxes.
Education
Law Studies Degree ("Solicitadoria", ISCAL – Lisbon Accounting and Business School, 1987).
Languages
Portuguese and English.
