Helder M. Mourato joined the firm in 2013. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A and capital markets team.
His practice focuses on commercial and corporate law and on energy law, providing legal assistance on privatisation processes, acquisitions and sales of shareholdings, restructurings and commercial partnerships to domestic and foreign clients in several fields, particularly energy.
Helder also provides legal advice on regulatory matters related with the national energy market, mainly in what concerns the supply of electricity and natural gas.
He is also very active in foreign equity fund transactions in Portugal.
Helder provides general legal advice on commercial and corporate law and securities law to both domestic and foreign clients.
