Between 2015 and 2021 she was Legal Counsel and Department adviser at Galp and has been involved in M&A, banking, finance and capital markets transactions, mainly focused on renewables and Oil & Gas.
Between 2010 and 2014 she worked in the business legal practice at Morais Leitão specially focused on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, acting both for Portuguese and foreign clients, as well as on the provision of general legal advice to companies mainly in the areas of commercial and capital markets (equity and debt).
She has participated as a speaker and moderator at international conferences in the area of energy, including renewables.
