Rute Carvalho da Silva joined the firm in 2011. She is a member of the corporate and M&A and capital markets team.
Rute practices in the areas of general commercial and corporate law, and has been involved in several transactions of company restructuring, in particular in mergers, demergers, acquisitions of companies, establishment and execution of commercial partnerships in various sectors of activity. A substantial part of her work involves cross-border transactions.
Rute also provides general legal advice on commercial law, corporate law and consumer law to domestic and foreign clients.
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2009). Master’s Degree in Law and Management (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2012).

Portuguese, English and Spanish.
