António Côrte-Real Neves joined the firm in 2000 and became a non-equity partner in 2017. He is a member of the tax team.
António assists clients in the area of taxation law, primarily in the area of customs and excise duties. He has further strengthened his area of practice as a result of work involving special consumption taxes, with particular emphasis on the taxation of petrol, alcoholic beverages, and vehicles.
He has been a strong presence in the creation and nullification of bonded warehouses within the context of a major multinational corporate restructuring (2002 to 2004).
António Côrte-Real Neves acts as arbitrator of the Administrative Arbitration Center.
