Eduardo Verde Pinho became a Morais Leitão partner in 2006.
He coordinates the firm’s international strategy. He is also a member of the corporate and M&A team.
Eduardo Verde Pinho represents several national and foreign clients in M&A transactions and has been responsible for multiple organizational and financial restructurings. He also provides advice and regular assistance on different aspects of the ongoing commercial activities of our clients.
In 1989 he established Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados –, being a partner until the merger with Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles Soares da Silva & Associados in 2006.
