Margarida Olazabal Cabral joined the firm in 1998 and became a non-equity partner in 2010. She is a member of the administrative and public law and urban planning and environment teams.
Margarida concentrates her activity in several areas of administrative law, mainly in areas related with public contracts. She has experience with pre-contractual matters (public tenders), as well as with the execution of public contracts on behalf of public entities and private companies.
In recent years a major part of her activity has been dedicated to public private partnerships.
Margarida Olazabal Cabral was an Assistant Professor at the University of Lisbon School of Law, from 1994 to 2002. She currently teaches "Corporate administrative law" at the Católica Lisbon School of Law LL.M. program.
She is often invited to speak in the field of administrative law (public procurement and administrative litigation).
