Miguel Nogueira de Brito rejoined the firm in 2007 and became a non-equity partner in 2012. He is a member of the administrative and public law team.
His practice is mainly focused on constitutional law, general administrative law and public contracting.
In the academic circuit, he’s a lecturer at the University of Lisbon School of Law.
Miguel Nogueira de Brito was also a law clerk in the Portuguese Constitutional Court, from 2011 to 2007 and a member of the Conselho Superior dos Tribunais Administrativos e Fiscais, from 1991 to 1996.
