Pedro Costa Gonçalves joined the firm in 2006. He became a non-equity partner in 2010.
He co-coordinates one of the administrative and public law teams, mainly working in the preparation of studies in the areas of general administrative law, public contracting and public regulation.
Pedro Costa Gonçalves is a lecturer at the Coimbra Faculty of Law, the president of the Communication Law Center and the executive director of the Center for Studies in Public Law and Regulation.
He is also a member of the Superior Council of the Administrative and Tax Courts and the editor of a magazine dedicated to public contracts.
