Segismundo Pinto Basto joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1992. He is a member of the corporate and M&A team.
Segismundo has acted as Legal Counsel to both national and international clients in privatisation processes and in several M&A projects in Portugal and abroad. Furthermore he has accumulated vast experience in patrimonial family restructuring operations.
He also provides advice and regular assistance with the different aspects of ongoing commercial activities of our clients.
