Tomás Vaz Pinto joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2006. He coordinates the corporate department.
Tomás is highly experienced in the areas of M&A and has been involved in several high-level transactions, both at a domestic and international level. He is an expert in privatization cases. He is also an expert on private equity and assists various clients in this sector.
