Carolina Barrueca

Carolina Barrueca joined the firm in July 2022. She is a member of the corporate department.
Her professional activity focuses on corporate law, M&A and capital markets. She advices listed and non-listed companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters and has participated in several corporate restructurings, acquisitions and disposals, representing national and foreign clients.
In the field of securities law and capital markets, Carolina has participated in transactions regarding the issue and offering of equity and debt securities.
She has also been assisting clients with the structuring and regulatory aspects of collective investment undertakings.
Before joining the firm, she worked at the corporate, M&A and capital markets department of Garrigues Portugal between 2015 and 2022.

Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2014). Conclusion of Master’s Degree in Law and Business - curricular part (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2014/2015). Intensive Specialization Course in Investment Funds (Private Law Research Center, University of Lisbon School of Law, 2019).
