Daniela Sousa Marques joined the firm, member of ML Legal Circle, in September 2015.
She started her activity with several national and foreign companies in the areas of labor law, both in terms of individual labor relations and collective labor and social security relations, having also represented such companies in labor and social security litigation.
In recent years, she has been involved in international and cross-border transactions relating to the jurisdictions of Portuguese-speaking countries, namely Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique, working, since January 2023, frequently with the Angolan law firm integrated in ML Legal Circle, ALC Advogados, accompanying clients in the international and cross-border dimension of their activities in that jurisdiction.
She participates in conferences and several articles in international publications, with special focus on matters related to labor law from various jurisdictions.

Law Degree (Católica Porto School of Law, 2014). XXIII Post-Graduate Specialization Course in Labor and Social Security Law (FDUL/IDT - 2021/2022).

Portuguese and English.
