Inês Cabral Ferreira joined the firm in January 2020. She is a member of the employment, pensions and immigration team.
Inês provides consultancy in all areas of employment and social security law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships.
She acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation and social security matters.
She worked as Associate at Vieira de Almeida & Associados and Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados. Before joining Morais Leitão, she worked at Lidl Portugal as Senior Consultant of Labour Law.
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2009). Attended the Master's Degree in Forensic Law in the area of Civil Law and Corporate Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2012). Postgraduate Studies on Labour Law (University of Lisbon School of Law, 2015). Specialization course in Public Employment Law (University of Coimbra School of Law – Cedipre – 2021).
