She has acted in legal proceedings in various sectors of activity, focusing her practice on the judicial representation of clients in disputes over real estate rights, industrial property rights, construction, securities and financial instruments and other disputes, in general, regarding any disturbances of the contractual obligations or the formation of will in civil and commercial contracts.
Isabel Gameiro also advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in legal proceedings involving different jurisdictions, especially in processes for the recognition of foreign arbitration decisions and related procedures to secure and enforce arbitration decisions.

Law Degree (Nova Law School, 2007). Master’s Degree in Law and Business (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2009). Attending the Postgraduate Course in Intellectual Property Law (University of Lisbon School of Law and Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Law, 2010).
