In particular, Maria has been involved in patent litigation in various sectors, with a special focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation, where she has represented important companies in that sector in patent infringement and patent invalidity proceedings. Maria also has experience in judicial cases involving copyrights, design rights and trade secrets.
