Marisa Larguinho joined Morais Leitão in September 2019. She is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A and capital markets team.
Her practice focuses on capital markets, M&A, corporate and finance law.
She is vastly experienced in assisting in the issuance and offering of capital and debt financial instruments, banking finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions, both at the national and international levels.
Throughout her career, she has regularly advised on transactional and current corporate assistance, listed companies and large company groups in several economic sectors such as banks, energy and communications.
From 2006 to 2017, Marisa Larguinho worked with PLMJ law office, where she was a member of the banking and financing and capital markets practice areas.
From 2017 to 2019, Marisa Larguinho performed the role of legal coordinator of the Audit Oversight Department at the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários).
