Pedro Cruz Gonçalves

Pedro Cruz Gonçalves joined the firm in 2006, following the incorporation of Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados in Morais Leitão. He is a member of the tax team.
He has extensive experience in tax litigation and provides tax advice to companies on a regular basis. Pedro also supports corporate reorganizations and advises individuals, with a strong emphasis on HNWI, regarding particular tax regimes such as NHR, framing and assisting on non-residents investments. In the last years, pairing his tax activity, he has been very active on immigration law, namely on “Golden Visa” and acquisition of nationality by descendants of Sephardic Jews.
Pedro coordinates Team Genesis, with strong experience in the issues concerning start-up and scalable companies.
