Sophie Frazão joined Morais Leitão in 2019 and is in close cooperation with the member firms of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle, personalised day-to-day assistance to clients on matters that involve the jurisdictions of the African Portuguese speaking countries.
Her practice focuses on the areas of labor law, public employment and public contracting, having advised multiple public and private entities in these areas.
As a partner at BAS – Sociedade de Advogados – she coordinated the international partnership with Angola, gathering vast experience in the support of international companies that wish to establish themselves in that market and in several areas, such as foreign investment, corporate investment, commercial and labor contracts.
Previously, she worked at Barrocas Sarmento Neves – Sociedade de Advogados.
