Margarida Boieiro
Trainee
Margarida Boieiro joined the Firm in September 2024. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration department.
Previously, she attended a summer internship at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, in the litigation and arbitration department (2023). She also attended other short-term internships at Sérvulo & Associados, in the Litigation department (2023) and at CCR Legal (PwC’s legal area), in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate department and in the Labour, Social Security and Immigration department (2022).
More recently, Margarida worked with CCR Legal’s Labour team as part of an extracurricular internship.
Education
Law Degree (University of Lisbon School of Law, 2023). Erasmus+ Program at Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, 2022). Attendance at Postgraduate studies in Arbitration Law and Digital Evidence in civil proceedings (Research Centre for Private Law – CIDP). She completed the academic part of Master of Law in Litigation at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal and is currently preparing her thesis.

Portuguese and English.
